Located in the scenic Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia,
The Crossings at the Great Cacapon
is
a 1,200-acre community that offers residents a quiet country atmosphere for
weekend retreats, retirement or relaxed full-time living.

The
gentle flowing Cacapon River meanders
through the community of 214 homesites
offer sloping woodlands and river views, all with the backdrop of local
mountains, including Sideling Hill, a range which extends into Pennsylvania.
Wildlife is abundant, with frequent deer and wild turkey sightings, along with
numerous species of birds (including our own eagle!) and the occasional (rare)
bear visit.

As a gated community with a security presence, The Crossings
offers the best of rural living with easy access to major interstates and a
two-hour drive to the metropolitan areas of Washington, DC and Baltimore,
Maryland. In addition to enjoying unspoiled nature and spectacular night
skies, residents can canoe or kayak the river, picnic and barbeque in the
community's common areas and enjoy the antique shops, restaurants, spa
facilities and golf coursed in nearby Berkeley Springs, West Virginia and
Winchester, Virginia.
